ASOSU is every student at Oregon State University. We exist as an organization to promote academic excellence, encourage the intellectual, social, cultural, and physical development of the student body, and enable the student body to assert its varied interests as citizens and members of the academic community through democratic representation.
The Family Resource Center advocates for and provides quality programming and services to all OSU families with dependent care needs to support the academic, professional and personal success of the whole person. In addition to nationally accredited campus child care FRC provides child care assistance funds, free short term, drop in child care, a children’s gift closet, campus network of lactation rooms, education and outreach, special events and individualized student parent support as needed.
The Basic Needs Center (formerly the Human Services Resource Center, or HSRC) helps students get their basic needs met (housing, food, textbooks) so they can focus on their academics. Popular programs at the BNC include the campus food pantry, food assistance funds, emergency housing and the Textbook Lending Program.
Our mission is to build and support Beaver Nation while leading our student-athletes in a direction of growth and success here at Oregon State and beyond. The intercollegiate athletics student fees help to provide all students access to OSU athletic events so that everyone has the opportunity to be a part of this spirited community. We value our BeaverDam immensely and know that our student body plays a huge rule in every game and competition. Go Beavs!
The purpose of the Memorial Union is to provide a center for social, cultural and recreational programs and services to students, staff, faculty and guests of Oregon State University; to provide opportunities for experience in social responsibility and leadership; to supplement University instruction by developing high ideals of university sprit, citizenship and private life.

We create environments for student growth and success; and inform, engage, equip, and inspire the OSU community to be active for life.
Student Experiences & Engagement (SEE) centers transformational and experiential learning by providing meaningful involvement and personal development for students. We challenge students to lead with care, align to their purpose, and build leadership skills. As a dynamic campus resource, we co-create opportunities for students to integrate the knowledge, skills, and wisdom gained inside and outside of the classroom to transform themselves and their communities.
