Basic Needs Center

The Basic Needs Center provides a variety of services to students in financial need, including food support, temporary housing, textbook lending, and many other resources. They also host events and discussions to form community around students' material needs and economic conditions. The BNC office can be found at Champinefu Lodge on 1030 SW Madison Avenue and their current summer hours are 10am - 3pm Monday through Thursday.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center provides childcare, housing, and other services for OSU students with children and families. Childcare locations on-campus can be found here.

Oregon SNAP

OSU domestic students in and out of state are eligible for Oregon's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Individuals receive an average of nearly $200/month to buy food and groceries. Full student eligibility criteria can be found here. International students are not eligible for SNAP benefits, but can access the Basic Needs Center's food assistance application for support.

Really, Really Free Market

The Really, Really Free Market is a mutual aid collective who seeks to build interdependence and community while distributing free clothes, hygiene items, shelf stable food, household goods and other community donated items! Follow on Instagram @rrfm_corvallis. The Corvallis RRFM can be found on Saturdays from 12-4pm at Corvallis Central Park.
