The Deputy Chief of Staff works closely with the ASOSU Chief of Staff to create agendas, facilitate meetings, oversee the four pilot lounge coordinators, and work on the President and Vice President's policy priorities. The Deputy Chief of Staff also assists the Executive Branch members with initiatives that help to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of the OSU community.

The Student Engagement & Marketing Director's main responsibilities involve managing various marketing channels and assisting with public relations communications, including social media engagement, press releases, newsletters, and public statements. The Director is also responsible for the planning and execution of programming events and oversees the distribution of media for other teams within the Presidential cabinet.

The Policy Director, as the leader of the Policy Team, works to advocate for and support priorities of concern to the President and in service of the campus community, with a particular focus on local politics, as well as supporting legislative advocacy. The Director engages with student leaders and legislative figures in local and state politics to provide a voice for ASOSU and OSU students as a whole.

Deputy Diversity & Inclusion Director

The Deputy Diversity & Inclusion Director assists in overseeing the diversity team and collaborates with other members of the Executive Branch to improve student wellbeing while establishing diverse, inclusive excellence within the OSU community. This position, as part of the Diversity Team, works with underrepresented student groups to ensure equitable resource allocation and to encourage students to engage with issues that are pertinent to the priorities of the ASOSU Executive Branch.

International & Cultural Affairs Coordinator

The International & Cultural Affairs Coordinator advocates for the interests of international students and students from diverse backgrounds. Working alongside other members of the ASOSU Executive Branch and the Diversity Team, the Coordinator implements community-driven initiatives and programs that aim to increase awareness, promote available resources, and engage the student body on issues relevant to international students.

The ASOSU Deputy Policy Director's main responsibility is to advocate for and implement the policy priorities of the ASOSU President and Vice President in order to serve the best interest of the students and campus community. The Deputy Policy Director works closely with the Policy Director to communicate both ASOSU and OSU legislative priorities to legislative officials, including those affiliated with the county and city.

The role of the LGBTQ+ Coordinator is to promote inclusivity and awareness of issues pertinent to the LGBTQ+ community. This is achieved by developing initiatives and programs to engage the student body on issues related to the LGBTQ+ community in order to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of the OSU community.

The Website & Media Development Coordinator's primary duty is to support the ASOSU Executive Branch and the Student Engagement & Marketing Director in managing ASOSU produced media and marketing. This involves managing various marketing channels and assisting with public relations communications, as well as overseeing the distribution of media for other teams within the presidential cabinet.

The Graduate & Nontraditional Affairs Coordinator assists with outreach and advocacy on behalf of graduate and nontraditional students. The Coordinator, as part of the Diversity Team, works to implement initiatives and programs centered around these communities to promote awareness for issues that impact graduate and nontraditional students.

The role of the Sustainability Coordinator is to advocate for and support priorities aimed at improving the green infrastructure and environmental sustainability of the OSU campus and community. Additionally, the Coordinator engages in advocacy efforts related to sustainability, environmental justice, and other matters that are important to the President and Vice President and serve the interests of the campus community.

Veterans & Active Military Affairs Coordinator

The Veterans & Active Military Affairs Coordinator's primary duty is to develop community-based initiatives and programs to raise awareness, highlight resources, and engage the student body with the identified issues related to student veterans and military members. The Coordinator collaborates with other members of the ASOSU Executive Branch and Veterans and Active Military Students and groups to advocate for their needs.
