Migration of the ASOSU Website
Jake has worked on the migration of the ASOSU website, with it going live during Fall Term. This migration includes improvements to accessibility, usability, and other aspects that are currently being developed.

Environmental Sustainability Coordinator
Terracycle + Composting Programs
C has worked on Teracycle and Composting programs that have been started at multiple campus spaces, such as the BNC, Ina Haws, and ISL. C has also worked on writing bills, approving more projects, and advocating for use of the Sustainability index within the ASOSU budget.
Sustainability Council
C has worked with Sustainability Council to stay involved with student groups on campus related to Sustainability. This allows for ideally informing student questions and being involved themselves out of enjoying being part of such projects on campus with students.
Campus Improvements Committee
Being on the Campus Improvements Committee also helps further connect C to the OSU bureaucratic realities in ongoing meetings to help connect what requirements are needed along with what student groups on campus can or already are related to such efforts.

Memorial Day Vigil

Noah organized the OSU Memorial Day Vigil in conjunction with the Military and Veteran Resources Center. This event included several speeches, different military-centric activities, and catering for the student veteran community.

Along with the Student Veteran's Association and the Military and Veteran's Resources Center, Noah organized six days of events ranging from mental health awareness to a military connected movie night.
Deputy Secretary of the VA Visit

Noah helped coordinate and facilitate an informational meeting between the greater student veteran community and various state and federal veteran services agency. Participants included the Director of the Oregon Department of Veteran's Affairs and the Deputy Director of the United States Department of Veteran's Affairs.

Assisting the Pilot Lounge Program
Lilli has been assisting with the completion of the second year of the Pilot Lounge Program by supervising the DSL and ISL Coordinators.
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Lounges
Lilli also took part in creating a data report for each of the Pilot Lounges during Fall Term. This report highlighted events hosted. lounge usage, and goals for each of the lounges.

Lilli has also assisted the President and Vice President with the planning of various events, such as State of the Students and Inauguration.

Marina has been working on programming for the DSL by planning events and communicating with the student body.

Programming for the Disabled Student Lounge
Kayden has been working on the ongoing task of programming events for the DSL.
Survey for the DSL
Kayden also worked on creating a Qualtrics survey for the DSL. This survey was distributed during Winter and Spring Term.

Kayden has also been assisting with the DSL social media account throughout the year.

International Student Lounge Coordinator
Programming Events with the ISL (Int' Engagment)
Aya has programmed many events for the ISL. This has been a continuous project, as each term has had their own unique set of events. These events were designed with the hope of creating a sense of community with International students, while also allowing them to learn about the ISL.

Presidential Provost Leadership Committee
As a member of the Presidential Provost Leadership Committee, Adrian has worked on projects surrounding equitable supervision. While these projects are in the execution portion, they will most likely carry over onto the next administration.
Freedom of Expression Task Force
Adrian has also taken part in the Freedom of Expression Task Force. This has been an ongoing project that has started to execute videos and workshops.
Food Insecurity Task Force
Adrian is currently sitting on a new Food Insecurity Task Force, which is currently in the data collection and observation phase.

Zane conducted a survey of the Valley Library restrooms during Fall Term 2023, with a report to be completed during Spring Term 2024 for a workshop event.
Advising OSU Architects on Inclusive Restrooms

Zane has also taken part in advising OSU architects on how to establish inclusive restrooms on campus. They also organized a local Corvallis restroom tour and changed the PRAx first floor restrooms prior to opening.
